It was a pleasure to welcome Andy & Lynda Eadon to Welshpool Livestock Sales and the Montgomery YFC Office on Monday 10th July on their 2200 mile journey from John O’Groats to Lands End, raising funds for Len’s Light.
Len’s Light is a legacy for Andy & Lynda’s son, Len Eadon, who took his own life in 2022. The incredible efforts of Andy & Lynda have raised an incredible £140,000 so far to support 3 charities working to shining a light on positive mental health and prevent suicide within rural communities.
Len’s Light, a tractor-front mounted beacon attached to the tractor driven by Andy is travelling from county to county from John O’Groats to Lands’ End after its official unveiling at the Kenilworth Show on Saturday June 3, stopping at Farmers Markets along the way to demonstrate how important they are as meeting places for members of the agricultural community.
