The next Montgomery YFC Executive Committee meeting will be taking place on Thursday 10th June 2021 at 7:30pm.
The meeting will be taking place outdoors at Welshpool Livestock Sales – if you can, please bring a chair or you can use your car boots to sit on! We will be able to stand in the pens if the weather changes.
We hope that meeting in person will encourage you to attend, as we appreciate that it is getting increasingly difficult to organise meetings via Zoom. It will be just like old times, as McDonalds has now opened across the road!
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are asking that Clubs send a maximum of 2 representatives please. If a member of your club is a County Official and are attending the meeting, they are not included as one of your representatives.
Please let us know if you are attending in plenty of time prior to the event by completing the registration form below.
This will be the last Executive meeting before the County AGM on 9th July, so if you have any resolutions for the AGM which you wish to be included in the discussions on Thursday evening please get in touch.
All those in attendance will need to remember the following:
- Car sharing is not advised
- Contact details will be required for Track and Trace
- Hand sanitiser will be available on site
- 2 metre social distancing is required
