Activities
The Activities Committee is responsible for organising competitions (with the exception of the Rally and Eisteddfod) for the Federation of Montgomery. They are also responsible for organising social events for members over the age of 18.
The committee meets six times a year and each Club has the responsibility of electing two representatives on to the committee to put forward the views and ideas of their Club. Two additional co-opted members are elected to sit on the committee to offer advice and support.
At the first meeting of the year, members elect officials for the forthcoming meetings. The 2009 - 2010 Activities officials are as follows.

AGENDAS & MINUTES 2008 - 2009
Agendas are sent out two weeks prior to the meetings in order for Clubs to discuss agenda items. All Clubs are able to suggest items for the agenda, which must be forwarded to the YFC office in readiness for the meeting.
